As of DotImage 10.6.0.3 and later, we no longer distribute help installers. Instead, the Atalasoft API reference is provided in an ApiReference.chm compiled help file which ships with the SDK.

It can be found in

C:\Program Files (x86)\Atalasoft\DotImage 11.1\Help\ApiReference.chm

(replace DotImage 11.1 with the version you have installed)
