INFO: Pdf Reader Assembly Name Change

DISAMBIGUATION:

There was a significant change in DotImage 11.0 regarding PDF reader again changing. The Dll remains Atalasoft.dotImage.PdfReader.dll, but the licensing has updated to a new PRP2/PRPX2 serial.

As of DotImage 10.3 the assembly that was formally Atalasoft.DotImage.PdfRasterizer.dll has been renamed Atalasoft.DotImage.PdfReader.dll

This change has been made to reflect that the module has always been referred to as the Pdf Reader in our literature, and will reduce confusion to new users of our SDK.

What this means to existing users of our Pdf Reader module:

• When updating your assemblies to use 10.3 make sure to update the reference to Atalasoft.DotImage.PdfReader.dll
• If you are using a licenses.licx to license your project you will need to change the PdfDecoder line from:
    Atalasoft.Imaging.Codec.Pdf.PdfDecoder, Atalasoft.dotImage.PdfRasterizer
  to:
     Atalasoft.Imaging.Codec.Pdf.PdfDecoder, Atalasoft.dotImage.PdfReader
