It was very thoughtful of this company to send me this e-mail, but they spelled my name wrong. Really, if you're going to get null data, handle it gracefully. "To whom it may concern," or "Dear customer," are much better alternatives.
I already know that to the company I'm just an entry in a database. There's no need to rub it in my face.
